Dolphins Defensive Core takes hits, Cap Space is Saved and more Super Bowl-caliber experience added to roster within the first 24 hours of free Agency

The first 24 hour's of the 2024 NFL free agency cycle was not a pleasant time for the Miami Dolphins. A majority of Miami's defensive core was gone within the first five hours, including Pro Bowl defensive tackle Christian Wilkins. However, that doesn't mean the Dolphins are going under this summer.
